It was wonderful seeing so many of our students and families at Open House on Friday and now we are all so excited to officially welcome everyone back on Monday for the First Day of School! Please read a few important first day reminders below:
- The first bell rings at 8:55 – Teachers will be outside to begin greeting students at 8:50
- All students have a half day of school tomorrow with dismissal at 12:05
- For dismissal, please pick up your students were you dropped them off for arrival
- This will be changing soon as more information is shared about our new dismissal program
- Sibling Spot letters/ permission slips will be coming home this week – Sibling Spot WILL NOT begin until the week of September 11th
- Lunch for all students, K-5, will begin on Tuesday 8/29. Students may bring a lunch from home or get school lunch for NO charge. All Dearborn Public Schools receive free lunch.
- Kindergarten students only – Soft start days will be half days, Monday, August 28th – Tuesday, September 5th. Dismissal time is 12:05 pm. Full days begin Wednesday, Sept. 6th from 8:55-3:55
