Good afternoon Haigh Parents and Guardians,
I hope that everyone has had a great start to the New Year!
Over recent weeks we have seen an increase in students being signed out early from school, with a significant increase in the number of students who are being picked up after 3:30 p.m.
Moving forward, we ask that students are not picked up after 3:30 pm. This time of day is jam packed! Teachers are preparing students for the end of the day, reviewing daily objectives, homework assignments, as well as plans for the next day. We want your students to go home and feel prepared for the next day’s lessons. Early pick-ups disrupt this time not only for your student but for the entire classroom.
We understand that there are always extenuating circumstances and an emergency may arise, in which case please reach out to the main office. However, if your student needs to be picked up early for any other reason, we ask that you do so before 3:30 pm or wait for their scheduled dismissal time. Please communicate with the teacher ahead of time, it helps your student be ready and allows the teacher time to prepare for the early dismissal, limiting the interruptions to the class and your wait time.

لذا ، نطلب منكم و من الآن صاعداً عدم اصطحاب الطلاب بعد الساعة ٣٠ :٣ مساءً. يعتبر هذا الوقت من أكثر أوقات اليوم الدراسي انشغالاًَ! حيث يقوم المعلمون بإعداد الطلاب لنهاية اليوم ، ومراجعة الأهداف اليومية ، والواجبات المنزلية ، وكذلك خطط اليوم التالي. نريد أن يعود طلابك إلى منازلهم مع شعور بالاستعداد لدروس اليوم التالي. تعطل عمليات اصطحاب الطلاب المبكرة هذه الخطوات ليس فقط لطالبك ولكن للفصل الدراسي بأكمله.
