For the 2016-2017 school year we will be trying a new method of informing you of your student(s) classroom teacher. By completing the form below and providing us with a valid email , we will be able to communicate with you, your student(s) classroom teacher for next school year. This will allow families that are over seas, on vacation, or out of town during the labor day weekend an easier method of finding out your student(s) teacher. You will receive an email from the classroom teacher around that time welcoming you to the 2016-2017 school year. The form that is attached below is what your student(s) will be bringing home . Please have this form returned to Haigh by Friday, June 10th. If you have more than one student then you only need to complete one form with your student’s listed.
